Shipping & Returns
Once you place your order it takes two days to process and clear with the government, then it’s off to Fedex or your preferred method of shipment.
We charge a $60 non refundable fee per shipment. Orders beyond $2500 get free shipment.
We don’t anticipate on our customers returning gemstones, but in the event you are not satisfied, we have eight day return policy, all your money will be refunded less the $60 shipping cost. The gem has to be in the same condition as you received it. Before you can start the return process you must contact us.
- If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 2 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
- We do not accept any returns after 8 days from ship date.
- All refund recipients will receive and email confirmation for their records.
- To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. if your order has not yet shipped. we will refund your payment as soon as possible
To return a shipped item, please follow these steps (they’re also on your packing slip).
- Indicate the reason for your return in the packing slip next to the item you’re returning.
- Include the packing slip and all original documents in the package.
- We’ll credit your original payment method, excluding delivery charges, within three weeks of receiving your return.
- Your packing slip MUST accompany the return.
- All returns will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team before we can process a refund.
- Please note: Delivery lead times are extended over public holidays. During public holiday periods, please refer to the estimated delivery dates provided in checkout.
